As an eight-room hotel, we rely almost exclusively on reservations. As such, we require a 50% deposit at the time your reservation is made. If a cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit. There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled fewer than 14 days before your arrival date. Payment is due in full upon check-in. No refunds given for early departures. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking Policies: If room and dates are available, it is a requirement to confirm the reservation by paying 50% via transfer. Or, deliver the data of a valid credit card that does not expire before the Check-in date and the Hotel reserves the right to collect at any time between the date in which the reservation is recorded and the Check-out date.

Refund Policy: The amounts will be refunded by the means that most suits the Hotel.
