Our Policies

As an eight-room hotel, we rely almost exclusively on reservations. As such, we require a 50% deposit at the time your reservation is made. If a cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a 10% processing fee. There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled fewer than 30 days before your arrival date. Payment is due in full upon check-in. No refunds given for early departures. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking Policies:

If room and dates are available, it is a requirement to confirm the reservation by paying 50% via transfer during the next 48 hours in which the reservation is recorded. Or, deliver the data of a valid credit card that does not expire before the Check-in date and the Hotel reserves the right to collect at any time between the date in which the reservation is recorded and the Check-out date.

Cancellation Policy:

Natural, Institutional and Travel Agency customers, as well as Tour Operators can cancel their reservations in writing 30 days before the date of entry, at no cost. With any cancellation less than 30 days before the date of entry, the Hotel will be obliged to charge 50% of the total reservation. If a cancellation occurs within less than 15 days before the date of entry, the Hotel will be obliged to charge 100% of the total of the reservation as in the case of No Show. For any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date the guest will not be entitled to partial or total refunds without exceptions.

Refund Policy:

The amounts will be refunded by the means that most suits the Hotel, discounted transaction costs incurred by the maneuver.
